Shipping


OVERVIEW

Free shipping is offered on domestic orders over $100! After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales or new product launches. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 5-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be received within 15 minutes of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after this time.
